[Imagen] Generative AI Support on Vertex AI - Feedback Form

Please use this form to share feedback at any point during your usage of the product. We want to hear about what works well for you, and what could be better. You can submit as many feedback forms as you see the need, but we would like to have 1 issue, or positive review per submission. This form takes around 2-5 minutes to complete. 

Survey responses will be used as Feedback under the terms of your Agreement for Google Cloud Services and will be collected in accordance with the Google Cloud Privacy Notice. Please do not include any personal information (names, email addresses) in this feedback form or other data that is sensitive or confidential. Note that data may be reviewed using both human reviewed and automated processing.
